Returns & Exchanges

We sell things to last — and we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our Policy

You may return your item within 14 days of your order date for a full refund, provided it is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached
• In its original packaging, where possible

Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@vellundt.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back with the shipping label provided.

Returns are free — we'll cover the cost of return shipping. 

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vellundt.com with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
